Norma Jean might look sad, but these may just be the happiest days of her life. This poor girl was found as a stray, completely emaciated, covered in fleas, feces, and open sores, and in pain from overgrown nails and arthritic hips. The shelter put out a desperate plea to save her life, and Good Old Tails couldn't say no. Proper nutrition and supplements, regular grooming, and lots of love have transformed Norma into a beautiful and overall healthy girl. Her only real issue is mobility- her age and size are working against her and she often needs help getting up, but she is completely fine being lifted and handled, and really seems to enjoy the attention. Sweet Norma is grateful for everything she is given- soft beds, good food and treats, and all the love she wants. She is gentle and tolerant of all her foster friends; dogs, cats, and kids. We know that she might spend the rest of her days in foster care, but we are so happy to make those last days as bright as we can for her. Please consider donating to Norma's ongoing care.
